Please note that topographical survey information provided for building permits must reference geodetic elevations.  It is recognized that sewer invert elevations provided by the Engineering Department generally reference a GVS&DD datum.  GVS&DD invert elevations may be converted to geodetic by subtracting 91.37 feet.  In Horseshoe Bay, invert elevations reference a West Vancouver datum.  West Vancouver Datum invert elevations may be converted to geodetic by adding 8.32 feet.
